Visited bar for cocktails on busy late shopping Sat night in December. Welcome was lovely. Bar layout is what you would expect, maybe a little on the cramped side for five establishment. Cocktail menu OK, not much for those after something not too sweet. Ordered a classic mojito - took a couple of sends and returns to get it sour and strong enough (not an uncommon problem, but Balmoral should be right first time: not on menu but pretty regular cocktail?). To be honest, given price point, there is a lot better in town centre....
