With all of the hotel options around Heathrow airport, I would AVOID this hotel at all costs. I was stunned by the poor service, lack of cleanliness, and electrical problems which kept me up half the night. Throughout the night my hotel room lights would suddenly turn on and wake me up. This happened 3 times before I DEMANDED to change rooms. Each time my average wait to speak to the operator was over 10 minutes. NEVER AGAIN.
