I ve lived here since June and we ve had issues with hot water, I saw another review below with the same issue so it seems it s a problem for many tenants. Paying $3500 a month to take a shower that fluctuates between lukewarm and hot (half the time it won t even get hot at all and is barely lukewarm.) beware moving in here if you like hot showers
