I have been so busy with getting the house together, but omg! I am beyond blessed. With everything going on this from losing my mom to getting turned down by the first lender, Sherry Swift never left my side. I started this journey last year and then after my father in law passed, I stopped. I knew I had a few things on my credit that needed to be resolved. So now it's a new year I told myself I'm getting back on this horse and trying again. As I was thinking it in February, Sherry called and said are you ready, my first thought was my credit still isn't where it needs to be. She said let's try it and see. My credit score was right where it needed to be. I meet with her husband Dan and the lender in February and then I loss the lady who I worked for for 30 years ( my other mother). I was a little down but Sherry was there to support me. When I tell you I can call her my friend, believe me when I say it. We have learned so much about each other and our families. We called each other to talk and not even about finding houses. The team I worked with at Guild Mortgage was the best experience I've ever had! Brandon Andrews and Revena was so helpful and very compassionate, especially during my mom's death! If you are looking for a house and don't want the hassle of being screwed around with.
