How would you interpret how the team did since the refi took 5 months?
I've had 6 new mortgages and a few refis in my life and none took more that 45 days. Too many Meridian handoffs - must have been six , maybe seven people that I had emails or calls from. In addition, there was an outside property appraiser and underwriter. Totally dissatisfied with the time it took.
