Hotel room was very nice & clean. Comfy beds. Beautiful view from room onto golf course. Dinner & breakfast were great. Good variety. Friendly hotel staff. Natural Surroundings are beautiful because it s in Mpumalanga and the resort s grounds are very well kept. The pool was very dirty though & over populated. We did not once see someone cleaning the pool during the day or even night time. The restaurant has a very clear view of the pool and even at night we did not see that the pool was being cleaned. The pool s lifeguard was very rude too. We all came back with severe swimmer s ear infection because of their negligence too keep the pool clean especially during holiday season they should take extra care of the pool knowing they have more guests than usual. The Pool is definitely a health risk the management should take seriously and keep it very clean!
