I want to talk about the "beautiful" company "Wizzair"!
In February 2020, my sister and her family (4 people in total) bought round-trip tickets (8 tickets in total) to Germany (Hanover) on June 20. Total 20 thousand hryvnia. Money, as you know, is not small! Subsequently, because of the coronavirus, Ukrainians are not allowed on the flight, tickets disappear. Naturally, they contact Wizzair with a request to return the money to them. In this "wonderful" company they are denied this! Instead, they suggest changing the tickets for the flight next year, but ... (attention!) With an extra charge (!) Of 10 thousand hryvnias! That's all! There are no other options! Or forget about your 20 thousand, or pay extra 10 more! My sister and family were urgently forced to change tickets for the year ahead with a surcharge plus 10 thousand UAH !!!! Total tickets to Germany cost 20 thousand UAH, and 30 thousand UAH. And this despite the fact that no one is sure whether there will be a real opportunity to fly in a year. But they left no other way out. The "wizzair" company decided to cover its expenses at the expense of the Ukrainians.
This is all outrageous, disgusting and unfair! And it seems that for the beautiful Wizzair, this practice is considered normal.
Therefore, I strongly recommend that all potential passengers look through ALL possible options and use the services of any other company, but not Wizzair!
