I've been to RBH for a number of things and have only had one negative experience. This was when I attended maternity ultrasound for an emergency scan and was turned away as I had my 1 year old with me and children aren't allowed in the scan room. I understand this is procedure but considering the scan was to check the wellbeing of my unborn child I feel they should've made an allowance for a single mother who had just moved to the area.. However, my time on iffley ward after giving birth to both of my children exceeded expectations. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and everyone was very friendly and helpful. A&E is usually busy but they do their best to get you seen as soon as possible.
