This was perhaps the fastest and easiest contractor experience I've had. I had a dresser, a metal shelving unit, and wooden divider shelf (the height and weight of a bookcase) removed from my basement, along with numerous old metal screen doors and window screens, and an artificial LED Christmas tree that I'm not using anymore. I have a small car that would not fit many of these items even individually. The online appointment process was fantastic, the communication was superb and the service was extremely fast. The haulers were here early, were super-courteous and moved the material super quickly. The pricing on the website is very comprehensive and clear. I underestimated how much stuff I had -- I thought I'd have just an eighth of a truck but it managed to be a fourth of a truck so I paid more than I expected. (You might want to ask beforehand for an estimate of how much of the truck your items will fill.) However, the price was right there online, and for the cost, I had my basement cleaned out very quickly, with no back pain or strain. Very worth it!
