We stayed in in 2016 so sorry for such a late review! Out of all the 5* hotels we have ever visited the Kempinski Palace is the only one that absolutely deserves it's 5* rating. Truly amazing, luxurious and palatial from the valet parking to the breakfasts that included strawberries, cream, sparkling wine and everything in between. All the staff were friendly, polite, helpful and welcoming. Simply the best!
