I have no experience with the company other than seeing the sexist, chauvinist, Valentine's commercial for the Hunk of Love bear. Wow. It's shocking that companies still think commercials like this are okay. Women are not objects that need to be pacified with gifts, and also do not across the board reward men with sex for giving good gifts as the end of this commercial implies.
I'm insulted, revolted, and will never buy anything from this company on principle alone. And neither should you!
