There is not much parking available, but it is free.

The wait times are often 1-2 hours

Most of the time the office does not even have enough seats for the people waiting (a lot of whom are disabled and older). If you get a seat they are tightly squeezed together so you are touching shoulders with people next to you.

The workers are rude and yell over the loud speaker to fill out applications. Also it depends on what office worker you get as they are inconsistent with required documentation.

The office smells smokey.
