I just want to say thank you to West Bend Mutual for their timeliness and professionalism! I am a college student down in Atlanta. My apartment was flooded due to the negligence of my upstairs neighbor. Dealing with that resident, my leasing office, and other southern entities really left a bad taste in my mouth. Experiencing the professionalism and hard work ethic of West Bend Mutual during this irritating time was such a breath of fresh air! Derek, my claim's specialist, was able to help me get reimbursed for all of my loses in a timely manner and was so incredibly helpful and polite!!
