AWFUL!!! A friend and I were going to the TedxRVA...

AWFUL!!! A friend and I were going to the TedxRVA last Friday and since it was pouring rain, we pulled in to the first parking lot we found near the Carpenter Center. Ee inserted our credit card in the machine, pushed the $25.00 (outrageous!!!!) amount for all day parking and quickly put the pass in our window. When we returned at day's end, we had a parking ticket on our windshield and the little parking pass indicated that we had only paid $18.00 for a 3-hour pass. That seemed strange....and today I realized that there are TWO charges on my credit card - one for $18.00 and one for $25.00. I have tried calling the listed phone numbers from their website repeatedly but no answer and not answering machine. If I don't figure out a way to get in contact with them by day's end, I will proceed with reporting them to the Better Business Bureau as well.
