two years ago I am going to the hospital of vicente lopez housay, to operate on my elbow that is unstable and today the head of the trauma residents service told me that there are no anesthetists, they went from giving 70 numbers now they only give 18 and that So I have to keep waiting. I would like if it is possible that someone gives me an answer of why? There are not enough anesthetists in the hospital, and why do I have to wait for my elbow to hang by a thread so that they can operate on me, thank you.
