My Ram 1500 had 3 recalls on it and took it in September 2018 for the appointment. Was happy Dodge didn't charge me for parts or labor. Gave me a complimentary rental too! The service adviser Michael was very friendly and in constant contact with me. He walked me through what was going and made sure I was taken care of. When the work was done he explained everything to me and answered all the questions I had. Also, in the service shop, Darrell was very helpful. After I picked up my truck there was still a squeaking noise. Michael told me to bring it back, and asked Darrell to look at it and he did it willingly. Five minutes later Darrell had it fixed and told me to bring it back if any more issues come up. Couldn't have been happier with the help from Michael and Darrell at Big O Dodge!
