Poor customer service

Poor customer service
Received disappointing, more a lack-of service when it came to tickets. Makes the customer feel like once you buy your ticket and they've taken your money they don't care. Emailed and called about a ticket complication and was not responded to so I was unable to attend the film and was not given my money back.

The actual drive-in itself seems great, but I gave the low rating due to the treatment of a customer if any complications arise.
