If i could give a ZERO, I would!!!! I have recently canceled my services with Republic as their service has dropped drastically. Every quarter for last 2 years I ve had to call in missed pick up but since Dec/Jan 2020 it s been faithfully EVERY week, twice a week; once for reach and again for recycling. I ve been more than understanding as routes change, I ve been OVER THE TOP understanding due to COVID and have even offered to speak with the operations supervisor to see if I m on outskirts of route and if would be best to go with another company if inconvenience to this company. I was constantly assured this would be fixed and my complaints would be sent to local operations department and I would get a call regarding my acct. ( WHICH HAS NEVER BEEN DONE BY THE WAY!!!). customer service apologizes for my issue and reschedules a pick up, just doing their job but underlining problem is never fixed. I ve have canceled my service effective tomorrow BUT my trash from Friday (5 days ago) has yet to be picked up after calling in 2 missed pick ups, nor have the cans been picked up that were supposed to be, nor have I gotten a call regarding my acct about credit owed! This is the worst company as I have been more than patient. Their customer service is great and Sandy from sales was great until I canceled my service and now all of a sudden, no one can help me any longer. After a client for 6 years, when the economy is crashing, maybe you would appreciate your customers a little better? I shouldn t have to call and ask for my trash to be picked up if paying for a service. Just be honest with your customers!!!!!
