One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I had 20 tapes converted to DVDs. The quality of 75% of them was good, while the rest were not acceptable. The Thumb Drive that I had ordered was missing from the order. I was instructed to return everything so they could re-do the 4 unacceptable DVDs and make the Thumb Drive. Again the order was wrong. While the 4 re-done DVDs were good, the Thumb Drive only had those 4 DVDs on it, not the entire 20 DVDs as ordered. I again was instructed to return all 20 tapes and corresponding DVDs to have the Thumb Drive made. I just received the box from them. Again, there is NO THUMB DRIVE. The customer service rep that I dealt with had assured me that my order would be personally reviewed and the error would not occur again. I am finished with this company. There are better options out there.
