What a joke. Booked 2 suites on 12/31 to take the kids to the pool and large water slide. The slide was only open for 3 hours, from 6-9 right during dinner time. The pool was closed the whole next day. Then they put us in single rooms with 2 beds for 6 people. No extra beds were available so 4 people had to sleep on the floor and then charged me for the suites. They did give me a 30% discount on the suite price which after the discount was still higher than the single room rate. They also charged me $40 for 4 extra wrist bands for the pool. No manager on duty both times I checked. I called their customer service number and that has got me no where at the moment. They want me to contact the hotel. Well guess what they don't answer the phone because they are grossly under staffed. What a joke.... I will never step foot in a Marriot hotel again.
