After speaking with owner about my experience, I edit my review from a 1 to a 3, I realized we all have stuff we are going through and dealing with. Although it doesn't excuse the reaction from employee that I recently experienced; As a believer we are called into account to empathize with each other and forgive each other. The owner has a huge heart for service and this community. None of us are perfect and we need eachother.
There are always 2 sides to the story as well, so I am sure from her perspective she felt like she was doing the right thing in the moment.

Long story short, Went in to get a bible engraved for a young man who I am mentoring that I planned to give the engraved bible to this young man to encourage him in a very tough time in his life, none of the rest of the experience matters after talking with owner, thank you for your time on the phone.
