I have applied for a tourist visa to go to canada ...

I have applied for a tourist visa to go to canada over two month ago, they say that the processing time is around 30 to 40 days for a tourist visa which is already a lot of time to process a tourist visa!!
I am a professional, I work and live in the united states, I have visas to all the countries in the world that require a visa and had visas previously for canada so it can not be my application, it is their inefficiency and whatever trip in bureaucracy they are in!!
They are withholding my passport, they don't answer the phone and if you retrieve the passport, you retrieve the application.
I think it is pathetic and specially a canadian embassy!! This is discrimination, racism, disrespect and I am really disappointed from the inefficiency of the people representing a great Nation or at least that is what I used to think. I hope some canadians can read that review because they do answer the phone for Canadians.
