Came in and was looking for a new car. Staff were friendly - someone said hi when I came in. It was nice to be acknowledged coming in, but not attacked by salespeople.

Looking at the new corolla's... Rem came by and started helping me out (Sorry.. i think i called you Ren a couple times) he was really great. Usually i feel the sales tension ...the salesman trying to get me into the office or to try the car out by any means. Rem was really down to earth and approachable. Almost more like a friend giving me advice on what to look for based on my needs, not just trying to sell me something. It was a nice change. He seemed to be knowledgeable too.

I will definitely be back to deal with Rem when I've made my decision!
