I took my 05 Prius to check out high coolant temperature warning when driving over 47 miles/hr. The "advisor" called & said it's $2,000. without itemize list. I later check online & with my mechanic, the coolant control valve was a recall item. I declined the repairs & they charged me $109. before I get my car back. I order the part for $71. online & fix it myself. I 'll never go there for any service. What a scram.
