My wife's laptop was going more and more slowly until it was virtually unusable. We were considering buying a new one when a friend recommended Graham. He found that the hard disk was failing so he replaced that and installed an up to date version of the operating system and office software. The laptop is working perfectly again now. Graham also put the old hard disk into a USB case so that we were able to retrieve the data files. This was all done very quickly and efficiently. We dropped the laptop off one day and picked it up the next. Very happy with the service.
