Everything looked worn, all the way down to the Batmobile with a flat tire. Makes me wonder if their maintenance crew is done for the season & I should be worrying about ride safety. Inefficient ticketing lines. Three booths open at customer service and a really long line waiting to buy tickets on a beautiful warm October day. I couldn't believe it took almost an hour in line just to buy the tickets! How do these people function with an actual summer crowd?! We visited because we were passing through but likely would not stop again on future travels.
