I had nothing but problem when I moved to the woods. So of course I was ready to move regardless the buyout price. I ended up doing a buy out and was told they don t take checks anymore that you have to pay online but the office manager told me to wait until the amount of the buyout posted. The amount never posted. Fast forward 2 months... got a letter saying I owe them double the amount of the buyout I called and they have no record of the buyout paper I signed even though I watched the manager at the time make a copy. They told me they would call me back that week and figure out the issue. Never got a call back. Now I received a letter from a collections agency for the wrong amount and it shouldn t even be in collections in the first place since I was told to wait for the amount to post. I have called twice last week and was told the regional manager would call me... never did. I called 4 times today for them to tell me they are busy with other things and will get to it when they can!
