Fun place for the children to have a great time. I have recently paid for a Winter Pass+ membership for my children and I was told by Jordan Milley the staff that sold the membership to me that they would be able to come anytime and jump for 2 hours. However, that was not accurate because on one ocassion during jump in the dark event the boys were told they couldn't jump because the membership didn't included special events. I show them our receipts and explained that we were not told such information when we purchased the membership. I asked to speak with Jordan Milley and by our surprise he denied that he didn't told us that information. We have to go back home because the boys weren't allowed to jump. When we went back on anothere time dark in the dark was taking place so I decided to ask another staff and he told me the boys could jump but I have to pay extra $5 per each. I told him I had the Winter Pass+ membership but he told me during jump in the dark they must pay extra $5 in order to be able to jump I realized there is a lack of consistency and that customers should't trust what they say. So, please be careful when purchasing a so called membership. Ask them questions and if you can told them you are going to record them as a proof so they are hold accountable.
