Would probably give 0 for service and complaint follow up.

I went to Asgard for lunch earlier this week to treat a friend. The restaurant was at 10% capacity and the lunch itself was uneventful. When the time came to make the payment, the server told us that the credit card machine wasn't working and that she would write my card number down to charge it later and then gave back the card. Since there weren't that many people, I didn't look at my card and put it back in my wallet. Fast forward the next day. I wake up to find charges worth $800 on my card that I hadnt authorized. Turns out the server had given me someone elses card and given my card to someone else. Went through a lot of hassle to get all those charges disputed. Finally, I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager about this, requesting him to talk to his staff to be more careful. The response I received was shocking. Rather than make amends by apologizing and assuring that he would talk to his staff to make sure that this doesn't happen in the future, the manager was totally unapologetic and nonchalantly said that this swap was totally my mistake and that if I was more observant, my card wouldn't have been switched. Seriously? He didnt even ask my server's name! More so over, he asked if I called to get a free meal? I am totally appalled by this manager's behavior. In all my years dining at restaurants, I have always received my card back and never received a random strangers card.

Don't think I am ever returning to this place if this is how they treat customers.

Oh i forgot to mention, my credit card statement shows three pending charges of different amounts apart from my lunch cost (all from Asgard). Not sure exactly what the server was doing that day.
