I want to commend our sales advisor Ashraf Aried for his professional, prompt and honest communication with us. It started when we submitted an online inquiry to scheduling and following up with us all through the sales process.

He called, sent text messages and emails to make sure we could take care of all our paperwork ahead of arrival so that we wouldn't be sitting around haggling. He had a direct line of communication with the sales manager which I appreciated. The finance person was also super friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend this BMW Dealership to anyone looking to buy locally.
