I had an extremely long and stressful process of extending my Tier 1 General Visa which started in summer 2012 and happily ended just in Feb 2014. It's been 2 appeals, 3 refusals overall including my initial application and filing a new application in 2014 from scratch which finally has been approved.

I am very lucky that I found Westkin and worked with Ms Shareena Rahman and her team who led my case to success. Their extremely professional and helpful. I have to say i was a very disturbing client who worried about every little thing. Ms Shareena was absolutely great - giving me as much time, update and keeping me on board even while being away on holidays. She took my case very close to heart and it's very important for a client to know that your solicitors are your strong back up and they work hard for success of your case.
