UPDATE MATCH 29/2019: I was in an accident, resulting in just over $2000 in damages to my car. From the time I drove my car to the Towne collision center on Southwestern through picking up the repaired car, every interaction with staff was professional and clear, including Carlos who was also super friendly. When I picked up the car, it looked brand new, and had been cleaned inside and out. The thought of the accident and cost was a downer, but my experience at the collision ship is helping me move on.
