I recently purchased a new Paul Reed Smith Special Semi-Hollow Limited Edition (PRS Experience Guitar) from Bill's. The sales staff and sales manager patiently worked with me and took the time to show me all possible options and finishes. I live out of state and was in town visiting and Bill's carefully packed shipped the guitar to my home address (at no extra cost), arranging it to arrive around the same time I returned.

If I find myself in the area again while guitar shopping, I would make another purchase.
