1. Arrived 2am checked in got room key ..enter room there was a couple sleeping
2.paid for water park entry got to water park and its being renovated its not on the website nor do they tell u when check in
3. Cleaning services entered my room without permission !
Very unhappy very displeased ..Lady Next To Me Went And Baught Roach Bombs For Her Room After They refused To Accomodate her ..never will i return and i will tell ppl to RUN
