I have account with this bank for the last 38 year...

I have account with this bank for the last 38 years. Being a non-citizen, the bank has closed my savings and investment account but does not pay me in US Dollars and wants to pay me in Euro. The bank does not understand that Euro is not a favourite currency outside Europe and US Dollar dominates.
This bank has old tradition and does not change. The bank threatens to block the account. What a bank?
