Customer service was alright. Room #808 would have been excellent if the bathroom sink would have drained, but it didn't. Nor was there a bathroom fan, which ruined a lot of the experience for my husband and I. We were required to pay an extra resort fee, despite the fact that the resort area was closed for remodeling. Many of the employees in the buffet restaurant were unfriendly, and didn't respond when being spoke to. When they did it wasn't in a cheerful, friendly manner. I thought to myself.. Maybe it just sucks to work here, because they all seem unhappy. The hotel and casino was appealing and clean.
1- unclog the sink in room 808
2- fix or install bathroom fan!!!
3- stop charging fees for a service that isn't available to your customers.
4- improve employee dispositions to customers.
These are all things that can be fixed, and that's what I'm rooting for! I'll be back for a second try.
