Very unprofessional. Still reeling at the negative letter they sent out to families & staff about the state hourly pay rate increases, which should have been good news, but they were upset about the short notice. Unbelievable. If you re considering using Accra Care, be prepared for archaic pen to paper time sheets and methods of submitting them. Online system won t be up and going till next year. They are very strict and you WILL NOT BE PAID if you make even the slightest error or something is unreadable due to the scan app they require to be used. They use ADP for payroll and I was sent back and forth between companies for 4 hours one day trying to get a paper copy mailed to me. Use Lifeworks or any other. Trust me.
