I have purchased a couple of new jeeps from you in...

I have purchased a couple of new jeeps from you in the past. The price (Sales Manager)and service (Marko) were great. I am having some issues with my new 2013 GC Overland, poor gas mileage and called to set up an appointment. I spoke with the Service Manager who asked me a lot of questions but could not offer me an appointment! I said I would go to Ancira and he replied, "yea, you might want to go someplace closer to you in San Antonio." I get many e-mails from BB Jeep about service and come in for this that and the other thing but when I do call, I can't get an appointment. Whats up with that?? I will go to Ancira as they are much closer but I bought the car from you and the service has been good heretofore sooooo, why am I told to go somewhere closer? Not good for treating Customer Base.
