Bought a sectional January 11th. told the salesman I needed it within 4 weeks could that be done? he said it "wouldn't be a problem."
paid 30% up front. received an email with an estimated date of 3/7. 7 weeks out. I've called multiple times and spoken with multiple associates and managers and they keep saying that once it goes into production it takes LESS THAN 4 weeks but they failed to tell me it would take 2.5 weeks to go into production. and no one can give me a reason why! I don't mind paying for quality but when there is an agreement of less than 4 weeks I expect that agreement upheld!
