When we were in Zermatt for three days last week, we had the pleasure of spending two nights in the wonderful Cervo.
The whole stay was perfect from A-Z.
We were last in Zermatt 4 years ago and still know the Cervo from its old style and can say with a clear conscience that the Cervo has created a new milestone with its renovation in Zermatt.
A completely new area was created from the bar where you can find the Bazar restaurant today. In the bazaar, the CERVO team serves many different vegetarian dishes in sharing style. We were totally impressed by the oriental North African design. The Puro is also being redesigned and today functions as Madre Nostra with an Italian chef from Rome. This conjures up typical Italian dishes at the highest level. The entire staff of the house was extremely friendly, warm, competent and courteous. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely be back very soon. Many thanks to the entire Cervo team for this unforgettable stay.
