Called them to fix my A/C. The came out quickly and all the people in office are very nice and polite. Tech showed up and determined it was a short in the wiring and the contactor. Took 2 hours to repair. I am ok with the labor fees. What I am taken back on was the part. I googled the for my Goodman unit and the prices range from $20-$40. I was charged $208.00 with a $30 discount so $178. I do accept a service company doubling cost but this seams like their marking it up 400%. That s like the markup on alcohol at a restaurant. May use them again but probably not.
