Went here to buy my first car, a new Genesis Coupe manual. I didn't really know what I was doing, the trip being my first to a car dealership... not only that, but I didn't even know how to drive a manual! The salesman (Bill Watt, who I highly recommend) taught me how to drive it, was very friendly and gave good advice, was very thorough and honest in explaining all steps of the process, and was accommodating to my requests. Obtained financing no problem.

I did lots of research ahead of time and knew what was a fair price, so I was somewhat well prepared to negotiate, but I never felt like they were trying to take advantage of my lack of experience, even though they could've, since I was somewhat intimidated by my first trip and I probably didn't/wouldn't have put up much of a fight in terms of pricing to a hard bargainer.

I was very pleased with the overall experience. Only one small thing they may have tried to slip by me... Gap insurance coverage for $750 was worked into my final contract without them really ever explaining that it cost anything. Was removed from my contract without fuss when I requested it removed. I would definitely return here again.
