I had a wonderful experience working with a Deputy in regards to a cyber theft case. I sold an item online and the customer reversed payment and kept the item. The Deputy was able to contact the customer and get the item shipped back to me. He was very attentive, called and emailed often and kept me up to date throughout the case. The case was settled in about 2 weeks thanks to the Deputy's dedication and hard work. I am very thankful for the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office!
