When I originally rented my place, I was in a bind and needed a new place quickly. I read the reviews on Google and should have heeded their warnings.My apartment has had issue after issue, most importantly is the leaking from my sliding door. The first and second time it happened it was like a waterfall. I called and they came to "fix" them both times. Lo and behold, I have leaking again.

My furnace sounds like a jet engine when it comes on.

My fridge freezes my food constantly, even with it turned on low.

I have permanent dirt that has been painted into my vents because no one cleaned them before painting over them.

In the winter, by living room would never warm up. When I finally checked around to see where it was coming from, I saw there is a gap in the wall from the brick to the wall where I could actually see the outside.

Do yourself a favor. Find one of the many other management companies to work with in Chicago. Hopefully you'll be much happier.
