1. hotel is good in terms of location, ambience....breathtaking views...breakfast spread and variety and taste is marvelous

2. Service was a issue, we ordered food in room and on delivery we asked for additional sachet of tomato ketchup...it was never brought

3. ours was deluxe ocean view room...no charging socket near bed...makes it difficult since u have to get up for cell

4. WIFI is free.... but we experienced lot of interruptions during our 7 day stay

5. No jug or bucket in bathroom...and when asked for ..they denied

6. Local calls within city are chargeable
