I am extremely saddened to drop my review score of Sundance as during the COVID-19 pandemic they offered ZERO help or rental forgiveness as our economy was forced to shut down for over a month. My business was deemed non-essential forcing me to close for the ENTIRE month of April. When I asked if there would be any assistance or forgiveness I was met with such distain and unfriendliness. They stated that because "commercial landlords were not receiving any sort of government relief they wouldn't be offering any assistance or forgiveness to their tenants." As a one-woman business it was heartbreaking that a company I thought SO HIGHLY of was so quick to slam the door in my face and say not my problem. My heart is completely broken.....

I AM SOOO IMPRESSED WITH SUNDANCE! I have been a new tenant for 2 months now and if I need assistance with ANYTHING they are on top of it for me! Customer Service is TOP NOTCH!! If your looking for a FRIENDLY, RELIABLE, QUICK RESPONSE company to rent from YOU FOUND THEM with Sundance Co! I've never felt so comfortable and safe than I have renting from Sundance!!
