This company is a scam. I m being sent a random package from them; I ve never heard of them, never ordered anything from them. I tried to call them to cancel the order before the package delivered, but apparently they re experiencing unusually high call volumes and technical difficulties which caused the interactive voice response system to prompt me to call back later. Scam.
