Delivery driver comes to Point Grey at 6am when noise bylaw is 7am disturbing residents and he takes out the trees along W 10th Ave with his truck bending and breaking large branches, hard to watch considering there s no traffic when he s parking. Best of all when confronted he laughs and honks in spite as he speeds off. Wow
