We had our vehicle parked in the hotel parking lot for one night. The passenger window was smashed and we had some belongings stolen out of our vehicle. When asked to see the surveillance video to help authorities we were told the cameras were "recently turned away from the parking lot." No reimbursement or offer to help take care of any of the cost. We thought staying in a "higher end" hotel was the smart choice. Not the case!
