Drop my bike in for a front noise. End up being front wheel bearings. They repaired under warranty. They also serviced the oil air and some other minor repairs. I had a great experience with Jim in service department. He spoke to me with honesty, sincerity and respect. I would hope the service department at that miserable Cox Harley would read these reviews and take notes for customer retention. I will recommend this dealership and I will return. Thanks Jim
